i think i've spent at least 60% of my free time thinking about it . 98% of the day today . has to be one of THEE most complex emotions that someone might feel . what i don't understand about it is that someone could be the worst "someone" for you and you could know that and accept that . but still love them .
i think there's a difference between being in love . and being in love with someone . like it says . for you to be in love with someone , they have to be there WITH you .
i think that it's a lie that you can't help who you love . but completely true that you can't help who you don't love .
i wonder what true love feels like .

introduction .
about the blogger
my mother named me toshima . that's a little too formal for me so choose from one of the following; shima . toshi . tosh . yoshi (my fav!) . yosh . cookiecrisp . mooshie or whatever you might come up with . i'm a 20 year old . african-american . college junior with absolutely no idea of what i'm getting into when i graduate and a crazy interest in people . life . and love . hopefully only having lived 1/4 of my life i feel like i've learned SO much already . and i'm anxious to see how much more there is to learn . like drake said 'everybody dies but not everybody lives' . that being said . my plan is not to subsist . but to live .
i spend most of my days in a dream (was born an aries but pisces has me down packed check me out) . and in that world i travel through all the utopias and 'what if's' and
'should bes' and 'chould bes' that i can think of and kind of gain perspective in the process . i think that diversity is not only the spice of life but a guide . balance is a huge part of our world . as much as i hate to admit it . so the more you know about every side of it and the things that occupy it (including people) . the more you'll understand .
i write with spaces between words and punctuation marks . just for emphasis . and no proper capitols . haven't figured out why yet .
